Would it be possible for a step by step overview to be made available in regards to what process/ processes you follow when a person submits a report to you against their employer please? An estimate of the time (in terms of days/months) each process takes to complete would also be welcomed.
Also, I would like to see the enforcement bulletin for the first half of this year please, as only the round ups to 2023 are currently available. If this is not possible, could you please say when this information, plus the round up for the second part of this year, will be made available?

I confirm we hold some of the information you have requested. However, this is exempt from disclosure under the FoIA as we have either published or plan to publish the requested information.
Information which is exempt under the FoIA
Details of the process TPR follows when a report is submitted about an employer is available in chapter three of the document titled: Compliance and enforcement policy on our website.
We aim to publish the next six monthly enforcement bulletin, which covers the first half of 2024, by the end of September 2024. Our next bulletin will be published approximately six months later.
Information we do not hold
TPR does not apply specific timescales to our process for reviewing reports about employers as we consider each case on its own merits. Some cases can be promptly progressed, where we hold all required information, while others require more information gathering and research.
