Information we are able to supply
The suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework / contract and who were unsuccessful at the PQQ and ITT stages.
TPR used the direct award route on the framework. The Framework Reference is Crown Commercial Service’s RM6020: Insurance and Related Services 2, Lot 1: Insurance Brokerage and Associated Services. Details of the Framework, including suppliers on the lot and the expiry date are published on CCS’s website.
While we involved all suppliers on the framework some did not respond to our clarification question or couldn’t meet the particular requirements we were looking for, as defined on the framework’s supplier matrix. These suppliers were excluded on that basis.
No PQQ stage or ITT stage was completed as the direct award route consisted of pre-prepared technical answers which we evaluated for the technical aspect and the evaluation of the framework rate card for the commercial side.
The unsuccessful suppliers on the framework were:
- AON UK LIMITED
- ARTHUR J. GALLAGHER INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED
