- How many TPR employees over the last two years have been paid in lieu of notice (PILON)?
- Of these individuals how many of these had to have authorisation by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)?

The answers to your questions are as follows:
- November 2021 to December 2023: 20
- All non-standard dismissal cases are referred to DWP who will then usually seek guidance from Cabinet Office:
- The Redundancies and Settlement Agreements follow the same process as non-standard dismissal cases. In the period for the last two years, seven cases were referred to DWP.
- All standard dismissals can have PILON applied locally as per our policies and this activity is considered business as usual.
