Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Frontline Support Team. The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to colleagues in our Regulatory Compliance and Market Oversight departments.

You will work in our Frontline Support area and carry out tasks such as minute taking for meetings, sending out agendas and ensuring documents are saved correctly onto our case management system. This can be a fast paced, reactive department and you’ll need to be flexible.

You may be required to travel to attend and take minutes at external meetings throughout the country.

This is an ideal role to start your career in The Pensions Regulator and there are opportunities to progress throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • provide administration for internal and external case team meetings and calls, including coordinating timing, sending out agendas taking minutes. and data entry
  • ensure all case related correspondence is saved appropriately to the document management system
  • support with creation of legal bundles, storage and handling of evidence obtained as part of a warrant in line with Criminal Procedures and Investigations Act 1996
  • to support an inclusive environment where diversity is valued
  • consistently meet service levels and deadlines
  • manage email mailboxes and ensuring actions are picked up

Essential and desirable criteria

  • Able to prioritise and have a flexible approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with wider departments.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence to work both autonomously and as part of a team as required.
