We operate a hybrid working model, subject to government guidelines, where regular attendance in our Brighton office is required. Attendance in the office is team and role dependent.

Role

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to support throughout all stages of the Commercial lifecycle. You will be delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with high volumes of work in a fast-paced and varied environment.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • deliver and coordinate the administration of the team, including but not limited to purchase to pay user capability and JAGGAER eSourcing
  • raise purchase orders and contracts
  • assist users across the business with procurement related queries
  • assist Commercial Business Partners in the management and issue of ITT and evaluation paperwork and collation of responses
  • maintain, file and archive documentation
  • support continuous improvement initiatives on all administration and coordination of activity relating to team processes and objectives

Essential and desirable criteria

Essential

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Highly numerate.
  • Strong organisational and record keeping skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of eSourcing and purchase to pay solutions.
  • Knowledge of public sector commercial processes.

  • Ability to prioritise and use initiative.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Personable and a team player.
