We operate a hybrid working model, subject to government guidelines, where regular attendance in our Brighton office is required. Attendance in the office is team and role dependent.

Role

We are looking for 3x Permanent Debt Recovery Agents to come and work with us in the Debt Recovery Team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a subset of:

  • Collection of unpaid fines outstanding in line the Debt Recovery processes including inbound and outbound calling.
  • Resolution of debtor queries received through various channels within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Reviews of cases and any associated write offs.
  • Dealing with Hardship (Payment Plans).
  • Dealing with Court action for various jurisdictions in the UK.

Essential and desirable criteria

Essential

  • Knowledge and experience of Debt Recovery and how it works.
  • Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls in call centre environment.

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of court processes for the various jurisdictions in the UK.
