Role

We have an opportunity for a Dynamics 365 (D365) Specialist to join our team in an analytical and collaborative role to support and enhance our Microsoft D365 system.

Our Digital, Data and Technology department is driving transformation at TPR to deliver positive outcome for savers across the UK. Our MS Dynamics team plays an important role at TPR by supporting and enhancing our business-critical D365 system ensuring that our portfolio can operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • implement changes to the D365 for Customer Service application
  • lead on administrative tasks for the application
  • identify application development efficiencies and improvements across the platform
  • collaborate with other teams to develop system integrations and automated testing
  • offer technical advice and guidance to your peers and the business

Essential and desirable criteria

  • A proven track record in D365 development and be proactive and resourceful with the ability to tailor communication style to the target audience whether they be technical or business facing.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with the Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Power BI) and its capabilities.
  • Experience in Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and end-user documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to Dynamics 365 development
