Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and friendly team.

This role sits within the Regulatory Transactions Team (RTT) as part of the Regulatory Compliance directorate. RTT is responsible for effectively delivering high volume intervention and regulation across a variety of areas.

We’re looking for Case Officers to lead a varied portfolio of cases, using legislative powers where required, to mitigate risks to TPR’s statutory objectives and ensure good outcomes for savers.

Responsibilities

  • End to end management of a portfolio of cases through which you will effectively identify and mitigate risks to savers in line with TPR’s statutory objectives.
  • Follow process guidelines in line with legislative framework. Working independently and as part of a team to obtain the information necessary to make decisions and recommendations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders verbally and in writing, to influence behaviours and ensure compliance

Essential and desirable criteria

Essential:

  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand complex information, legislation and achieve desired outcomes, in line with guidance and advice.
  • Ability to take ownership and prioritise a varied workload to meet deadlines and quality assurance criteria.

Desirable:

  • Pensions knowledge and experience of working within a legislative framework.

Person specification

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and use initiative.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Communication skills at all levels.
