We operate a hybrid working model, subject to government guidelines, where regular attendance in our Brighton office is required. Attendance in the office is team and role dependent.

Role

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions orientated and service focused Recruitment Partner who has an absolute passion and genuine interest in all thing’s talent acquisition.

The successful candidate will be joining a high performing internal recruitment team at an exciting time, as we support the organisation’s evolution and transformation journey.

As a Recruitment Partner, you will lead a specific area of the organisation, enabling you to establish strong relationships, build your understanding of the current and future requirements, and most importantly design effective talent attraction strategies.

The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable recruitment professional who has the proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse management community, providing expert advice and guidance, including routes to market, interview and selection techniques, and embedding equality diversity and inclusion in all we do.

You can also expect to work closely with the other colleagues across the People Team, including People Business Partners, Organisational Design, Reward, Talent Development, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Learning and Development.

Every day is different at TPR, but one thing remains constant and that is the exceptional work delivered by the recruitment team, who all work in support of one another and in the delivery of positive recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • design and deliver in house end to end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences
  • work with specific directorates and partnering with the Business Partners to understand current and future requirements
  • undertake market research for specific roles, to build your knowledge of the local recruitment economy and national talent trends. Proactively sharing this knowledge with colleagues and hiring managers
  • take a practical and hands-on role in ensuring we provide an excellent candidate experience
  • build talent pools and directly approach prospective candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • delivery of the recruitment needs within agreed service level agreements and provide an excellent end to end customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates
  • as a subject matter expert, provide creative advice and guidance on job adverts, social media content, interview approaches, and inclusive hiring
  • work closely with the Administrators, always providing clear information and instruction
  • manage the offer process, working within the salary pay bands and policies
  • build effective relationships with stakeholders, using data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign
  • promote TPR externally as an employer of choice to build talent pools
  • support our commitment to continuous improvements and take a leading role in implementing new ways of working

Essential and desirable criteria

  • Experience of directly managing end to end recruitment process, including but not limited to writing job adverts, sourcing candidates through a variety of methods (agencies, social media, talent pooling and LinkedIn), screening applications, designing the selection process, writing interview questions, and managing offers of employment.
  • Proven ability to create an outstanding candidate experience across every step of the acquisition and selection process.
  • Demonstrable commitment to diversity attraction, inclusive hiring and providing equal opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Positive adoption to change and transformation, always striving for continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to be a supportive, effective, and strong partner to other functions in a People Team as well as the wider organisation.
  • Understanding of recruitment reporting, data and insights.
  • Supportive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment whilst also have your own clear responsibilities.
