We operate a hybrid working model, subject to government guidelines, where regular attendance in our Brighton office is required. Attendance in the office is team and role dependent.

Role

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions orientated and service focused Recruitment Partner who has directly managed end to end recruitment campaigns, utilising various attraction methods and techniques.

The successful candidate will be an experienced partner, collaboratively working with our management community to provide expert advice and guidance to support their resourcing activities, including creative routes to market for hard to recruit roles and embedding equality diversity and inclusion in all we do.

The Recruitment Partners are experienced and dynamic communicators, able to assimilate information about role requirements and practically apply their knowledge into innovative recruitment campaigns.

They work closely with the other colleagues across the People Team, to continuously improve our ways of working, attraction techniques, management development and people plans, allowing for flexibility and ensuring delivery of corporate strategies and KPIs.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • design and deliver in house end to end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences
  • working with specific directorates and partnering with the Business Partners to understand current and future requirements, from their directorates people plans, enabling proactive recruitment campaigns in a timely manner
  • deliver on recruitment needs within agreed service level agreements and provide an excellent end to end customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates
  • provide specific advice on candidates to hiring managers, including recommendations of suitable candidates for current and future roles from talent pools
  • as a subject matter expert, provide creative advice and guidance on job adverts, social media content and interview approaches, using tools such as LinkedIn
  • work closely with the Administrators to provide an escalation point for queries, to clarify and provide guidance on policies and procedures, and escalating within People team for other support as needed
  • manage offers to internal and external candidates, working within the salary pay bands and policies
  • attend job fairs and recruitment events when required to network and engage with stakeholder and improve candidates attraction
  • build effective relationships with stakeholders, using data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign
  • promote TPR externally as an employer of choice to build talent pools
  • headhunt candidates and fill future requirements through horizon scanning

Essential and desirable criteria

  • Experience in directly managing end to end recruitment processes, including but not limited to writing job adverts, sourcing candidates through a variety of methods at a high volume (agencies, social media, talent pooling and LinkedIn).
  • Experience of managing and prioritising multiple campaigns including high volume recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Experience of delivering innovative, diverse and inclusive recruitment campaigns.
  • Positive adoption to change and transformation, always striving for continuous improvement.
  • Experience of partnering with other functions in the People Team as well as the wider organisation.
  • Supportive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment whilst also have your own clear responsibilities.
