Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and friendly team of administrators in the role of Senior Case Administrator.
Our Frontline Support Team provide administrative support across several different teams. As a Senior Case Administrator (Associate) you will be passionate about training, mentor and leading all aspects of workflows and have the ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships in a reactive environment.
You will be responsible for supporting a team that provides comprehensive administrative support across both our Regulatory Compliance and Market Oversight Directorates. To achieve this, you will maintain efficient and effective strategies and monitor business assurance, including compliance with internal controls and data quality to support TPR’s statutory objectives.
There may be a requirement to travel to various places within the UK.
Responsibilities
You will:
- handle internal mailboxes, allocating work and ensuring it is completed within SLAs
- deputise for Frontline Support Team Leaders when required
- mentor/coach/train the lead administrators in the team
- perform monthly quality assurance checks. Identify risks, solving/raising and feeding back on outcomes
- maintenance of internal process guides
- provide administrative support to stakeholders including minute taking, saving documents to CRM system, diary management and preparation of court bundles
Essential and desirable criteria
Essential
- Ability to mentor, support and develop others.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of problem solving whilst being solution focused.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM systems.
Desirable
- Understanding of Quality Assurance and the impact of this on workflows.
- Experience of having challenging conversations and reaching resolution.
