Summary

This consultation forms part of a review of our policies that set out our approach to our investigations and use of enforcement powers.

We are now seeking views and comments on:

• a revised enforcement policy that will replace existing policies for defined benefit, defined contribution and public service pension schemes
• an updated prosecution policy

Our automatic enrolment and master trust policies have not changed and remain separate.
